Exchange Policy

At aikaft, we stand behind the quality of our seeds and are committed to ensuring your order arrives in viable condition and matches the product description in full. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we have a straightforward, fair exchange policy in place, detailed below.

  1. Exchange Eligibility

We will approve exchange requests only in the following circumstances:

  • Seeds arrive damaged or in compromised packaging that impacts viability during transit
  • The incorrect seed variety, quantity, or product is received
  • Seeds are found to be non-viable upon arrival, provided the issue is not caused by improper storage, handling, or planting practices by the customer after delivery.
  1. Non-Eligible Exchanges

Exchange requests cannot be honored for the following reasons:

  • Change of personal preference, or dissatisfaction with germination results caused by improper growing conditions
  • Damage or reduced viability due to delayed unboxing, incorrect storage (e.g., extreme temperatures, moisture), or improper handling post-delivery
  • Requests submitted more than 15 days after the order’s delivery date
  • Any products clearly labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page and order confirmation.
  1. Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support Team

Reach out to us at info@aikaft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the seed packets, packaging, and any visible damage or discrepancies.

Step 2: Request Review & Eligibility Confirmation

Our support team will review your submission thoroughly and respond within 1 business day to confirm whether your exchange request is eligible for processing.

Step 3: Return Instructions (When Required)

If returning the original seed product is necessary for the exchange, we will send you a designated return address for your shipment. All returned items must be sent via a trackable shipping service for delivery confirmation.

Step 4: Shipment of Your Replacement

Once the returned item is received and verified by our team (when applicable), we will process and ship your replacement order within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number for the replacement shipment as soon as it’s dispatched.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • If the exchange is required due to our error—including damaged transit, non-viable seeds, or incorrect items shipped—aikaft will cover all associated shipping costs for the return and replacement.
  • In the rare instance that an exchange is approved for customer preference (subject to prior written approval from our team), the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping fees associated with the exchange.
  1. Packaging Requirements for Returns

If you are required to return your original order, please use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to secure the seed packets. Any items that sustain additional damage or compromise during return transit due to inadequate, unprotective packaging may be rejected for exchange by our team.
